How middle school science taught me how to measure content experiences

In this world of exploding data, it’s imperative that we move from being reluctant consumers of data as an afterthought of doing business to using it to elevate our business and shape our customer experiences. Our team is at the center of converting our organization into a horde of data enthusiasts.

In this talk, Kelly shares her experience in using data to understand and plan content experiences. She’ll walk through a series of case studies that illustrate how her team develops hypothesis around content changes and measures the impact of those experiments. She’ll discuss the process her team uses to design our projects, key concepts, and the results of their work. She’ll also share some of the challenges of leading change.

In this session you’ll learn how to:

  • Live, breath, and wallow in data
  • Design and scope a content experiment
  • Align content projects to specific KPIs
  • Evaluate the success of a project using a common KPI framework
